STG Logistics Acquires Veeco Holdings

Wind Point Partners portfolio company STG Logistics has acquired Veeco Holdings to expand STG's container freight station (CFS) and contract logistics capabilities on the U.S. East Coast. Veeco's management will remain and join STG's operations team, and STG plans to consolidate the majority of its New Jersey operations into Veeco's North Bergen footprint.

STG Logistics Acquires XPO Logistics' Intermodal Division

STG Logistics, a Wind Point Partners portfolio company, acquired the intermodal division of XPO Logistics and will operate the combined business as STG Logistics. The transaction created a vertically integrated port-to-door containerized logistics provider and was accompanied by a recapitalization of STG by Wind Point and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management; financing was led by Antares Capital and other lenders.

STG Logistics Acquires International Warehouse Services, Inc.

(IWS), a Port Everglades-based provider of warehousing, trucking, brokerage, customs clearance and distribution services. The acquisition expands STG's footprint into the Port Everglades / Fort Lauderdale market and adds customs examination station and USDA inspection capabilities to STG's platform.

BlueGrace Logistics Acquires STB Freight Group

Allstates WorldCargo Acquires Red Arrow Logistics

Allstates WorldCargo has acquired Red Arrow Logistics, a Seattle-area freight forwarder founded in 2003, to strengthen its Pacific Northwest footprint and expand capabilities in time-sensitive, high-value shipments. Red Arrow will rebrand to Allstates WorldCargo and its CEO Liz Lasater will join Allstates WorldCargo in a senior leadership role to ensure continuity and alignment during integration.
