Allstates WorldCargo Acquires Red Arrow Logistics

Allstates WorldCargo has acquired Red Arrow Logistics, a Seattle-area freight forwarder founded in 2003, to strengthen its Pacific Northwest footprint and expand capabilities in time-sensitive, high-value shipments. Red Arrow will rebrand to Allstates WorldCargo and its CEO Liz Lasater will join Allstates WorldCargo in a senior leadership role to ensure continuity and alignment during integration.
