Allstates WorldCargo, a Clarendon Capital‑backed global logistics provider, has acquired QI Services, KI Services and PCH Logistics, three freight‑forwarding and truck brokerage businesses. The sellers (led by principals Steve Misotti and Tim Pirtle) had a longstanding relationship with Allstates, and the deal is intended to accelerate integration and growth of the businesses within Allstates' U.S. footprint.

All States Ag Parts (ASAP), a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, acquired Arrow Acquisition, LLC (Arrow), a Lenexa, Kansas-based supplier and manufacturer of forks and attachments for material handling and heavy equipment. The add-on expands ASAP's product offering into material handling, adds in-house manufacturing and engineering capabilities, and marks ASAP's fifteenth add-on since partnering with Kinderhook.

Radiant Logistics Acquires Cascade Enterprises of Minnesota, Inc.

Radiant Logistics, Inc. acquired the operations of Cascade Enterprises of Minnesota, Inc., a Minneapolis-based operator that has run under Radiant's Airgroup brand since 2007. Cascade will operate under the Airgroup brand through 2022 and transition to the Radiant brand in early 2023 as its operations are combined with Radiant’s existing Minneapolis business, expanding Radiant’s local capabilities and access to its Navegate trade-management technology.

Radiant Logistics Acquires Seattle-based Cascade Transportation

Radiant Logistics (Radiant Global Logistics) has acquired Cascade Transportation, a Seattle-based non-asset third-party logistics provider. The deal — terms undisclosed — brings Cascade’s team and operations into Radiant’s network (Cascade will operate as Radiant Global Logistics) and expands Radiant’s presence in the retail, e-commerce, production furniture and tradeshow markets.
