ASSA ABLOY has acquired Integrated Warehouse Solutions (IWS), a Burleson, Texas-based manufacturer of loading dock equipment with about 550 employees and 2022 sales of approximately $170 million. The acquisition expands ASSA ABLOY's Entrance Systems product offering and is expected to be accretive to EPS from the start.

The acquisition—announced by advisor Woodbridge International—adds Warehouse Technology's distribution and service capabilities to The Miner Corporation/OnPoint Group platform and expands Harvest Partners' portfolio in material handling and facility services.

Vallen Distribution Acquires Wesco Integrated Supply from Wesco International

The deal (announced earlier in 2024) combines two integrated supply and MRO businesses to expand Vallen's scale, capabilities and ability to deliver vendor-managed inventory and tailored supply-chain solutions across aerospace, automotive, heavy equipment and pharmaceutical end markets.
