(RGP) acquired 100% of CloudGo Pte Ltd., a Singapore‑headquartered digital transformation and Elite ServiceNow partner, and will combine it with RGP's Veracity business to accelerate RGP's digital consulting presence across the Asia Pacific region. CloudGo brings nearly 80 employees and ServiceNow expertise across Singapore, Australia and India, enabling expanded capabilities and regional reach for Veracity and RGP.

Genpact Acquires Digital Consultancy Rightpoint
