Mercer Advisors Acquires Resource Planning Group, Ltd.

Mercer Global Advisors, Inc. (Mercer Advisors) has acquired Resource Planning Group, Ltd. (RPG), a comprehensive wealth management firm based in the Atlanta, Georgia area. The entire RPG team will join Mercer, expanding Mercer's Southeast presence and providing succession/business continuity for RPG's founders and clients (RPG manages roughly $325 million AUM across 330+ clients).

Superior Environmental Solutions (Rosewood-backed) Acquires Resource-One

Rosewood Private Investments announced that Superior Environmental Solutions (SES), a Rosewood-backed industrial services platform, has acquired Resource-One. Resource-One, founded in 1999 and headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, provides recycling, waste management and product-destruction services; the deal expands SES's capabilities and customer base across several industrial end markets.

Tetra Tech Acquires RPS Group

Tetra Tech, Inc. has completed its acquisition of RPS Group via a UK court-approved scheme of arrangement, with RPS shareholders’ outstanding shares now owned by Tetra Tech. The deal brings roughly 5,000 RPS employees into Tetra Tech and expands Tetra Tech’s capabilities and market positions in water, renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, and data analytics.

System One Acquires Cypress Consulting

The acquisition expands System One's data center and critical infrastructure capabilities in network engineering, automation, and security; terms were not disclosed.

Onex Partners and KKR Invest in Resource Environmental Solutions (RES)

Onex Partners V (part of Onex Corporation) has agreed to make a significant investment in Resource Environmental Solutions (RES) alongside funds affiliated with existing investor KKR and participation from RES management. The growth capital will support RES' continued organic growth, product-line expansion (including coastal resiliency, water-quality projects, mitigation banks and carbon solutions) and M&A; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal is expected to close in the first quarter subject to customary conditions and approvals.

Safe and Green Development Corporation Acquires Resource Group US Holdings LLC

Safe and Green Development Corporation (NASDAQ: SGD) has completed the acquisition of Resource Group US Holdings LLC, a vertically integrated organics recycling and engineered soils business that operates a permitted composting facility, two green-waste aggregation sites and a transportation fleet. As consideration, SGD issued common stock, a new series of convertible preferred stock and unsecured promissory notes to the Resource Group equityholders; the Resource Group management team will remain in place to support integration and scaling of revenue-generating operations.
