Crown Aesthetics, a Crown Laboratories company, has acquired select assets and technology from Healeon LLC, a subsidiary of Bimini Health Tech, to strengthen its ProGen PRP Eclipse platelet-rich plasma (PRP) offering. The asset purchase expands Crown's PRP device portfolio, supports new product development, and aims to extend Crown's geographic and production capabilities in the regenerative and aesthetic medicine markets.

Bimini Health Tech Subsidiary Acquires Ideal Implant, Inc. Assets

A newly formed subsidiary of Bimini Health Tech acquired substantially all assets of Ideal Implant, Inc., including intellectual property, regulatory approvals (FDA Class III for the breast implant), inventory and certain manufacturing capacity. The acquisition adds the Serene Breast Implant to Bimini’s plastic and reconstructive surgery portfolio and is intended to reposition the technology for the hospital setting to drive growth.

Viveon Health Acquisition Corp. to Merge with Suneva Medical

The transaction will combine Suneva with the public SPAC vehicle (NYSE American: VHAQ) to provide growth capital and public-market access for Suneva, with the combined company expected to trade on the NYSE under the symbol "RNEW."

Bioventus Acquires CartiHeal for $500M

HealthpointCapital, a private equity firm focused on musculoskeletal healthcare, acquired a majority stake in IlluminOss Medical, a commercial-stage medical device company that makes the Photodynamic Bone Stabilization System for fracture repair. HealthpointCapital said it will partner with IlluminOss to accelerate commercialization, expand regulatory approvals, and drive growth in the orthopedic trauma and geriatric fracture markets. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
