Superior USA Waste Acquires SDS Roll-Off Dumpsters

Superior USA Waste (d/b/a Superior USA Waste), a Shawnee, Oklahoma-based environmental services holding company, has acquired SDS Roll-Off Dumpsters, a roll-off dumpster and solid waste collection provider headquartered in Shawnee, Oklahoma. The deal is an add-on to Superior's platform as it continues to densify and expand within Oklahoma, backed by partnership capital from Red Dog Equity LLC with additional capital and financing provided by The Pritzker Organization and Monroe Capital.

AMCS Acquires Dossier Systems, Inc.

AMCS, a global supplier of integrated software and vehicle technology for the waste, recycling and resource industries, has acquired Philadelphia-based Dossier Systems, a provider of cloud-based fleet maintenance management software. The deal brings Dossier's team of almost 50 employees and over 750 customers into AMCS to expand its fleet maintenance capabilities and integrate Dossier's SaaS solution with AMCS's platform.

Banyan Software Acquires DocketManager

Banyan Software has acquired DocketManager, a cloud-based Print MIS and Web-to-Print platform headquartered in London, Ontario. The acquisition expands Banyan's print MIS footprint and will see John Alden (CEO of PrintIQ) serve as CEO of DocketManager as the company joins Banyan's permanent-capital software portfolio.

Routeware Global Acquires Core Computing Solutions (CCS)

Routeware Global, a provider of smart-city fleet automation solutions, has acquired Core Computing Solutions (CCS), a Jacksonville-based provider of billing and route management systems for waste and recycling companies. CCS will operate as a semi-autonomous business under Routeware Global, with Nate Piersall named President of CCS and Tom Malone remaining CEO of Routeware Global, expanding Routeware's end-to-end offering for municipal and private waste fleet operations.

LRS Acquires Ditch & Associates

LRS has acquired Topeka-based Ditch & Associates, a fourth-generation family-owned roll-off, commercial and residential waste services provider. The bolt-on deal immediately adds roughly 9,000 residential and 400 commercial customers, densifying LRS's footprint in Topeka and expanding its regional market share.

MyCase Acquires Docketwise

MyCase has acquired Docketwise, a specialist immigration-focused case management and form automation platform, adding immigration functionality to the MyCase legal practice management ecosystem. The deal is an add-on to MyCase (a portfolio company of Apax Partners) intended to accelerate product development, expand MyCase's immigration customer base, and enable deeper integrations between the two platforms.
