Superior USA Waste (d/b/a Superior USA Waste), a Shawnee, Oklahoma-based environmental services holding company, has acquired SDS Roll-Off Dumpsters, a roll-off dumpster and solid waste collection provider headquartered in Shawnee, Oklahoma. The deal is an add-on to Superior's platform as it continues to densify and expand within Oklahoma, backed by partnership capital from Red Dog Equity LLC with additional capital and financing provided by The Pritzker Organization and Monroe Capital.
