Dedagroup Stealth has acquired Zedonk to extend its fashion-industry software portfolio and provide an integrated, cloud-based ERP solution for small and startup fashion brands. The deal expands Dedagroup Stealth's geographic footprint (including a new presence in London) and fills a market gap by giving smaller brands access to end-to-end product lifecycle and multichannel distribution tools.

saas.group Acquires DAKboard

Aerow Acquires Adikts

Aerow, the Enterprise Content Management leader backed by private equity firm Abenex, has acquired Adikts, a Paris-based consulting firm focused on AWS cloud, DevOps/DevSecOps and web & data development. The deal is Aerow's first add-on since Abenex became a shareholder in February 2020 and expands Aerow's cloud and migration capabilities to support customers' Move to Cloud strategies.

Adirondack Solutions Acquired and Integrated into StarRez by Vista Equity Partners
