Abenex Acquires Aerow Group with Management and Founders

French private equity firm Abenex has acquired Aerow, a France-based Intelligent Information Management (IIM) consultancy, alongside Aerow's management team and the company's two founders. Aerow employs more than 200 people, generates around €23 million in revenue, and will leverage Abenex's support to structure the business and accelerate growth — including pursuing external growth opportunities to broaden its solution offering and geographic footprint.

Valiantys Acquires Addteq, Inc.'s Consulting Business

inherent Group Acquires Equadex to Bolster Local Cloud and Connectivity Offering

The inherent Group, with the support of investor Keensight Capital, has acquired Equadex, an IT solutions and connectivity operator founded in Toulouse. The deal brings Equadex's two datacenters and ~63 employees into inherent's adista activity to strengthen regional cloud, connectivity and managed-IT services in Occitanie and expand the group's local datacenter footprint.

Infodis Acquires Quodagis Integration

Vellox Group (Arcadea) Acquires ADSoftware

Vellox Group, backed by permanent-capital investor Arcadea Group, has acquired ADSoftware (ADS), a French provider of CAMO and maintenance ERP software. The acquisition brings ADS's AIRPACK maintenance platform into Vellox's unified aviation operations suite, expanding the platform's capabilities across maintenance, airworthiness and operations for mission-critical aviation customers.
