Volaris Group Inc., an operating group of Constellation Software, has acquired EASA Software, a low-code application development platform that turns spreadsheet models into secure web apps. EASA is headquartered in Oxford, United Kingdom, with additional offices in Tampa, Florida and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and will continue to operate autonomously under its General Manager, Seb Dewhurst.

Anderson & Vreeland Acquires Adheso-Graphics

Anderson & Vreeland, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of flexographic print technologies, has acquired Adheso-Graphics, a maker of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes serving corrugated, wide web, narrow web, offset and letterpress printing markets. The acquisition expands Anderson & Vreeland's vertical manufacturing and product portfolio for flexographic printing consumables and strengthens its offerings across multiple printing and packaging end markets.

Arcadea Group Acquires Complete Flight

Arcadea Group has acquired Complete Flight, a Part 135 operations software provider, and will merge it with Flight Vector to create an end-to-end leader in aeromedical, utilities and mission-critical aviation markets. The deal positions Arcadea’s aviation platform to offer comprehensive solutions spanning CAD, OCC, maintenance and dispatch while founder Bernie Berg moves to Chief Product Officer.

Renovo Capital Acquires ADVEEZ

DLA Piper advised Renovo; Renovo intends to invest in R&D, customer care and post-sales support to grow ADVEEZ as part of its IoT platform strategy.
