Aerow, the Enterprise Content Management leader backed by private equity firm Abenex, has acquired Adikts, a Paris-based consulting firm focused on AWS cloud, DevOps/DevSecOps and web & data development. The deal is Aerow's first add-on since Abenex became a shareholder in February 2020 and expands Aerow's cloud and migration capabilities to support customers' Move to Cloud strategies.

Abenex Acquires Origin Group (industrial sealing solutions)

Abenex has acquired Origin Group, a Rhône‑Alpes based designer, manufacturer and distributor of industrial sealing solutions, from Initiative & Finance, Elige Capital and one of the founding families, with management led by Bertrand Sée joining the capital. Origin Group generates approximately €30 million in annual sales; Abenex intends to accelerate market consolidation through external growth to build a leading player in the industrial sealing market.

AxioAero Group Acquires Airway Aerospace LLC

AxioAero Group, a portfolio company of CORE Industrial Partners, has acquired Airway Aerospace LLC, an FAA-, EASA- and CAA UK-certified aircraft component repair station based in Doral, Florida. The add-on strengthens AxioAero's aerospace MRO platform by adding Airway's component repair capabilities and certifications, expanding service coverage across commercial, cargo, and defense aviation markets.

Abenex Continuation Fund Acquires Majority Stake in Europa Group; Europa Acquires APM International

Abenex closed an oversubscribed continuation fund (~€300m) to acquire a majority stake in Europa Group from its Abenex V portfolio, making Abenex the group's majority shareholder while founders remain significant owners and management continues. As part of its buy-and-build strategy supported by the recapitalization, Europa Group also acquired APM International (a France-based healthcare press agency) to strengthen its medical information and publishing capabilities.

IN Groupe Acquires Surys from Hugues Souparis (Enowe) and Abenex
