EARI Beverage Group Acquires Blossom Botanical Water

EARI Beverage Group (OTC:EARI) has acquired the Blossom Botanical Water brand, adding a plant-based botanical bottled-water product to its craft and functional beverage portfolio. Blossom, founded in Massachusetts and credited with creating a botanical water sub-category, has distribution across the U.S. East Coast and Midwest and has generated roughly $4 million in gross sales since inception; founder Steve Fortuna will join the EARI team to support expansion and new packaging initiatives.

Amass Brands Group Acquires Majority Stake in Calirosa Tequila

Amass Brands Group has completed a majority acquisition of Calirosa Tequila, a premium tequila brand co-founded by Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo in partnership with the Real family distillery. Calirosa will continue to operate with its existing team and will gain access to Amass Brands Group's global distribution, marketing resources and industry expertise; financial terms were not disclosed.

Bacardi Limited Acquires ILEGAL Mezcal

Bacardi Limited has completed the acquisition of ILEGAL Mezcal, making the family-owned spirits company the sole owner of the artisanal mezcal brand. Bacardi said the deal will accelerate ILEGAL's growth within the fast-growing super-premium mezcal category and expand the brand's global reach; terms were not disclosed.

MadaLuxe Group Acquires Majority Stake in Tequila Enemigo

The founding team (Robin Clough, Max Davies-Gilbert and Sebastian Gonzalez) will retain a significant minority stake and remain responsible for day-to-day operations as the brand scales internationally through MadaLuxe's luxury platform and distribution network.
