The deal, announced May 4, 2021, will support Reward Gateway's next growth phase, funding product innovation and continued expansion (transaction expected to close in Q3 2021).

The deal more than doubles Reward Gateway's U.S. team, adds new clients (including Rite-Aid, Constellation Brands, and Excellus BlueCross BlueShield), and strengthens Reward Gateway's presence in the U.S. market.
