Think3, a private equity fund focused on SaaS acquisitions, has acquired Bizness Apps, a San Diego–based mobile app builder for small businesses. Bizness Apps will join Think3's portfolio and be integrated into the Think3 Prime program to expand the fund's small-business mobile solutions offering while founder Andrew Gazdecki remains with the company to support the transition.

CoSo Cloud Acquires eSyncTraining
