CD&R to Acquire Atalian and OCS Facilities Services to Create Global Facilities Management Platform

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) agreed to acquire the Facilities Services business of OCS Group and has made a binding offer for Atalian, with approval subject to works council consultations. The transactions will combine the two family-owned businesses to form a global facilities management platform with expanded capabilities across cleaning, security, catering and multi-technical services and a stronger presence in Europe and Asia-Pacific.
