Qualcomm Acquires Arriver from SSW Partners

Qualcomm Incorporated has completed its acquisition of Arriver from private equity firm SSW Partners. The purchase brings Arriver's ADAS computer vision, drive policy and driver assistance software assets into Qualcomm's Snapdragon Ride platform to accelerate the company's ADAS and autonomous-driving capabilities for automakers and Tier-1 suppliers.
