Onfolio Holdings Acquires RevenueZen Business

Onfolio Holdings Inc. (through its Delaware subsidiary RevenueZen LLC) acquired substantially all assets of RevenueZen LLC for a total purchase price of $1,105,000, paid in cash, preferred shares and a secured promissory note. RevenueZen is a B2B marketing agency (SEO, content and LinkedIn marketing) based in Portland, Oregon; Onfolio said the acquisition brings an experienced team onboard and positions the business for organic growth and further acquisitions.

GotPhoto Acquires Next Gen Photo Solutions

RevenueZen (Onfolio Holdings) Acquires First Page Strategy
