Infobip Acquires OpenMarket from Amdocs for ~$300M

OpenText Acquires Carbonite, Inc.

The deal expands ActiveOps' product capabilities and establishes a US office in Dallas to grow its presence in the US market, particularly in healthcare, financial services and government.
