Morae Global Corporation, a Houston-based digital transformation firm for the legal industry, acquired Philadelphia-based information management provider Adaptive Solutions, Inc. The deal strengthens Morae's North American delivery and managed services capabilities for document and information management (including iManage implementations) and follows new funding announced from BlackRock.

Sovos Acquires Aatrix Software

The acquisition strengthens Sovos' coverage across W-2, 1099 and ACA 1095 reporting and integrates Aatrix's payroll forms and partner integrations into Sovos' compliance platform; terms were not disclosed.

QAD Acquires Phenix Software Inc.
