Yoga Pod Acquires Yoga Loft (south Boulder studio)

Boulder-based Yoga Pod announced it is acquiring Yoga Loft, a south Boulder yoga studio owned by Jeff Bailey, to expand its footprint in Boulder County. The 4,500-square-foot studio will be lightly remodeled and rebranded as Yoga Pod, and memberships will include access to all three Yoga Pod locations with a planned grand opening in early summer.

KPC LYFE Acquires Bikram Yoga

KPC LYFE, the health and wellness initiative of KPC Group, has acquired the intellectual property assets of the Bikram Yoga brand, including domain names, trademarks and course copyrights. The assets were acquired following a 2022 bankruptcy-court-approved sale to Dr. Kali P. Chaudhuri (or his designee), who designated KPC LYFE as the assignee to integrate the iconic yoga brand into KPC Group's healthcare and community wellness offerings.

USANA Health Sciences Acquires 78.8% Stake in Hiya Health

Banyan Software Acquires HWA International Inc.
