Schur Flexibles Group Acquires Termoplast S.r.L.

Schur Flexibles Group has acquired 100% of Termoplast S.r.L., an Italian producer of 100% recyclable MDO-PE films and operator of an on-site recycling business. The acquisition (closed end of June 2021) will accelerate Schur Flexibles' expansion in the Italian market while preserving continuity as the selling family remains in management.

Flexpak, LLC Acquires ACE Packaging of AZ

Flexpak, LLC, a Shorehill Capital portfolio company, completed the acquisition of ACE Packaging of AZ on July 1, 2022. ACE, a Phoenix-based value-added distributor of corrugated boxes, stretch film, foam and polybags, will continue operating with former owners Mark Lundberg and Kevin Aldridge in ongoing roles as Flexpak expands its geographic presence into Arizona.

PPC Flex Acquires SÜDPACK's US Operations

PPC Flex, a GTCR‑sponsored North American flexible packaging platform, has acquired the United States operations of SÜDPACK, including a manufacturing facility in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The deal expands PPC Flex’s flexographic printing, conversion and cold‑seal capabilities and increases capacity to serve meat & cheese, snack, confectionary and healthcare packaged‑goods customers.

ProAmpac Acquires Irish Flexible Packaging and Fispak

Faerch Acquires PACCOR Packaging from Lindsay Goldberg

ProAmpac, a Cincinnati-based flexible packaging manufacturer owned by Pritzker Private Capital, has acquired Specialty Packaging, Inc., a family-owned paper, film and foil packaging manufacturer based in Fort Worth, Texas. The acquisition expands ProAmpac's paper bag converting capacity, broadens its recyclable foodservice packaging portfolio and extends its footprint into the southwestern United States.
