Edgewater-Backed Solgen Enterprises Invests in Solgen Power and LoanHomi

Edgewater Growth Capital Partners IV (The Edgewater Funds) has formed a new portfolio company, Solgen Enterprises, LLC, which has invested in residential solar installer Solgen Power and point-of-sale financing platform LoanHomi. The move creates a PE-backed platform combining residential solar installation and embedded financing capabilities, and Paul Winnowski (ex-Sunrun) joined Solgen's board as part of the investment.
