Molecular Products Group Acquires the O.C. Lugo Company

Molecular Products Group, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired the O.C. Lugo Company, a Connellsville, Pennsylvania manufacturer of sodium chlorate–based chemical oxygen generators and a prime contractor to the U.S. Navy. The acquisition adds a second U.S. manufacturing site for chemical oxygen generation systems, expanding Molecular Products' product offerings and strengthening its position in the defense market.

CMOC Completes Acquisition of Lumina Gold
