Solestra Group, a North American precision manufacturing platform backed by Emko Capital, has acquired LHM Technologies Inc., a Woodbridge, Ontario-based supplier specializing in landing gear systems. The acquisition expands Solestra's aerospace manufacturing footprint to five North American sites and deepens its capabilities in precision machining, sub-assemblies, and flight-critical landing gear components.
