Security 101 Acquires JY Security and Beartooth Corporation

Security 101, a Gemspring Capital‑backed national security integrator, has acquired two franchise partners — JY Security LLC in San Antonio, Texas and Beartooth Corporation in Minneapolis, Minnesota — expanding its U.S. footprint. The deals, which bring Security 101's total acquisitions to 21, will keep the existing founders in leadership roles while integrating the teams into Security 101's national platform to better serve commercial, government and healthcare clients.
