Egis Acquires Majority Stake in CPMS from YFM Equity Partners

French engineering and mobility group Egis has acquired a majority stake in UK-based rail project consultancy Collaborative Project Management Services Limited (CPMS) from YFM Equity Partners' managed funds, delivering a 2x return for YFM investors. CPMS, a London-based multi-discipline infrastructure and consulting business with turnover above £8m and over 70 employees, will strengthen Egis's UK rail and infrastructure capabilities and support the group's geographic expansion in the market.
