The transaction follows The Edgewater Funds' sale of its ownership interest in FCH; Phil Pejovich will continue to lead the company alongside the existing management team.

Flow Control Holdings (Audax PE) Acquires Strahman Holdings from CID Capital

Flow Control Holdings, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has acquired Strahman Holdings from Indianapolis-based private equity firm CID Capital II. Strahman, a Bethlehem, Pennsylvania-based manufacturer of washdown equipment, sampling valves and valve automation serving pharmaceutical, food & beverage and industrial markets, will join Flow Control’s platform as an add-on to expand product capabilities and end-market coverage.

FCH Acquires Axiflow Technologies

FlexFit will be integrated into FCH’s Ace Sanitary division in Cincinnati to expand the platform’s capabilities in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical end markets.
