Founder Louis Faust will join NFP as a senior vice president, and the deal expands NFP’s commercial P&C capabilities and presence in the New Orleans area and across Louisiana.

The acquisition closed on April 7, 2023 and brings Presidio founder and CEO Gisela Plazas into NFP to expand the firm's specialized medical malpractice capabilities and strengthen its P&C presence in the Western United States.
