OptConnect, a Graham Partners portfolio company, has acquired Leiden-based Capestone, a provider of 4G/5G IoT connectivity, hardware distribution, and managed wireless services across Europe. The add-on expands OptConnect's global managed connectivity platform, adding European reach, local carrier relationships, and Comgate-branded IoT software and services to support more end markets and over 1,000 channel partners.

Wireless Logic Group Acquires M2MBlue

Wireless Logic Group has acquired Netherlands-based M2MBlue, an Enschede-founded provider of hybrid cellular, satellite and land connectivity solutions for IoT and M2M applications. The deal—terms undisclosed—adds maritime, transport and in-vehicle high-data solutions to Wireless Logic's European connectivity platform and is an add-on to the Montagu-backed Wireless Logic Group.

OptConnect Acquires DPL Wireless

DPL will operate as a division of OptConnect with headquarters in Moncton, New Brunswick, and its Hercules AI platform will be integrated with OptConnect's ConnectIQ to improve uptime and analytics for ATMs and other IoT deployments.

AAMP Global Acquires M2M in Motion

The acquisition brings more than 250 channel partners and customers across France, Southern Europe, DACH and the Middle East to Capestone and expands its managed IoT, eSIM and 5G capabilities across the EMEA region.
