SupportNinja, a Dallas-based business process outsourcing firm backed by BV Investment Partners, has acquired Bolton Remote, a specialist provider of customer success, technical support and product operations. The acquisition expands SupportNinja's geographic footprint (adding offices in Ireland and Singapore), broadens its service offering (data operations, renewals management, onboarding, technical expertise and back-office support), and is being executed as an add-on to the BV-backed platform.
