BigCommerce acquired Quote Ninja, Inc. (dba B2B Ninja), a provider of enterprise quote management software, to integrate quoting capabilities into its Open SaaS ecommerce platform. The deal expands BigCommerce's B2B functionality and complements its recently launched B2B Edition, enabling merchants to manage quotes and complex B2B flows natively.
