Mercury Systems Acquires Atlanta Micro

Mercury Systems acquired Atlanta Micro, a Norcross, Georgia–based designer and manufacturer of high-performance RF modules and MMICs, to expand its RF and microwave component portfolio and deepen penetration in electronic warfare, radar and weapons markets. The all-cash purchase (subject to working capital and net debt adjustments) is expected to add approximately $16 million in trailing revenue and be immediately accretive to adjusted EPS.

Jabil Acquires Mikros Technologies

Jabil Inc. completed the acquisition of Mikros Technologies LLC on October 1 to add microchannel liquid cooling and thermal-management engineering and manufacturing capabilities. The deal expands Jabil’s portfolio for AI data centers, semiconductor test equipment, energy storage and electric-vehicle applications by integrating Mikros’s proprietary liquid-cold-plate technologies.

Teledyne Acquires Micropac Industries

(MSI), a Fairfax, Virginia software and systems engineering firm that serves the Intelligence Community. The deal brings MSI's employee-owned engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and data science capabilities into VTG to deepen technical capabilities and scale mission-focused services for defense and intelligence customers.
