McKean Defense Group Acquires Mikros Systems Corporation

McKean Defense Group agreed to acquire Mikros Systems Corporation for approximately $4.6 million in cash, purchasing all outstanding common stock in a merger. The acquisition strengthens McKean's U.S. Navy portfolio by adding Mikros' electronic systems, combat-systems monitoring and diagnostic analytics capabilities to support Littoral Combat Ship programs and other naval sustainment work.
