Main Street Capital Corporation exited its debt and equity investments as part of the recapitalization and realized a gain while receiving a minority equity stake in the acquirer.

The acquisition (terms not disclosed) is intended to accelerate SAI360's product innovation and growth while expanding STG's portfolio in software, data and analytics. The transaction was subject to customary regulatory approvals and closed in 2023 (expected/announced Q2 2023 in press releases).
