CAI Software, LLC acquired OpenMFG LLC, which does business as xTuple, bringing xTuple’s mid-market ERP platform for manufacturers and distributors into CAI’s suite of production‑oriented software solutions. CAI is majority‑owned by private equity firm Symphony Technology Group (STG); the acquisition is an add-on to CAI’s platform to expand ERP capabilities, integrations and modular CRM offerings for small‑ and mid‑sized manufacturers.
