Merit Capital Partners and Fulton Capital partnered with Carl Markestad to provide equity (and subordinated debt from Merit) in Carl’s Place, a Milton, Wisconsin-based manufacturer and distributor of customizable golf simulator packages. The investment funds are intended to support growth and scale the company’s manufacturing and distribution of simulator enclosures, mats, screens and related products for residential and commercial customers.
