Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction; BV will work with the Millennium management team to accelerate growth, expand digital and data capabilities, and scale the executive events platform.

Carlson Private Capital Partners (CPC) made a significant investment in founder-owned Thermo Systems, a control systems integration firm headquartered in East Windsor, New Jersey. Thermo Systems (founded 1998) provides automation and control integration across data center, life sciences and district energy end markets, operates multiple U.S. and European offices, and has completed nearly 1,700 projects for over 200 customers; the investment is intended to support Thermo's growth and expansion.

Carlson Private Capital Partners Acquires LindFast Solutions Group

Carlson Private Capital Partners closed its first investment by acquiring LindFast Solutions Group, a master distributor of specialty fasteners headquartered in Blaine, Minnesota.
