LHC Group Acquires Three Rivers Home Health

LHC Group has agreed to acquire Three Rivers Home Health, a home health provider headquartered in Eastman, Georgia, expanding LHC's service footprint across 36 counties in the state. The acquisition includes nine locations, is expected to generate approximately $12 million in annualized revenue, and is expected to close in Q4 2022 subject to customary conditions.
