Jensen Precast acquired ProGlass Incorporated, a manufacturer of utility fiberglass products based in Shelton, Washington, in March 2024. The purchase expands Jensen Precast’s engineered product portfolio for electric utility customers by adding lightweight, nonconductive fiberglass utility components that can be integrated with precast trench systems.
