Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has acquired Metropolitan Valuation Services (MVS), a leading commercial property appraisal and real estate consulting firm serving the greater New York metropolitan area. The deal adds a team of approximately 20 valuation professionals to JLL’s Tri-State valuation practice to expand its multi‑housing, office, industrial and retail valuation capabilities and scale its footprint across the U.S.
