Journey, a PE-backed design and innovation agency, acquired Dallas-based The Devhouse Agency to expand its Metaverse Studio's game development, web3 and AR/VR capabilities. The acquisition adds Unity/Unreal engineers, 3D artists and Solidity developers to Journey as it scales metaverse, gaming and NFT offerings.
