JSI, a portfolio company of Stone-Goff Partners, has acquired Mitchell Engineering, a Wills Point, Texas-based outside plant (OSP) engineering firm. The add-on expands JSI's fiber network design and OSP capabilities to better support rural broadband providers across Arkansas, Oklahoma, Eastern Texas and nationwide.
