JW Michaels & Co., a New York-based executive search and staffing firm, has acquired Boca Raton-based executive consulting firm Legerity Group, Inc. The deal gives JW Michaels a stronger foothold in South Florida and expands its senior consulting and interim finance/accounting capabilities, including the addition of Legerity business development director Mark Slakter to JW Michaels' leadership team.
