Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has acquired Beck Facility Services, a Newnan, Georgia–based provider of janitorial, light-maintenance, and material-handling services. The acquisition expands KBS’s national footprint and service capabilities, bringing Beck’s team of roughly 1,800 employees across 12 states into KBS’s platform to deliver scaled, technology-enabled facility solutions.
