KEV Group, the company behind SchoolCash, announced that it has acquired ebase, Canada’s largest facilities management and rentals software provider based in St. Catharines, Ontario. The combined platform is intended to help K–12 districts unify school finance (including student activity funds) with facilities and rental operations, serving more than 28,000 schools across North America.
