Keystone Agency Partners (KAP), a PE-backed insurance brokerage platform, has taken a majority stake in Guy Hurley Insurance & Surety Services and concurrently acquired Farmington Insurance Agency. The transactions expand KAP's Midwest footprint in Michigan and add surety expertise to its national portfolio; financial terms were not disclosed.
