Kiely Family of Companies (KIELY) has acquired Sodon Electric, a Long Branch, New Jersey-based electrical contractor serving Monmouth and Ocean Counties. The acquisition is the second electrical company added to KIELY’s electrical services platform since 2024 and expands the firm’s diversified energy and electrical service capabilities.
