Kinderhook-backed Adell Group Acquires Powerflow

Adell Group Inc., a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, has acquired Powerflow Inc., Powerflow Products Ltd., and Gestion Solutions Plastik Inc., providers of injection-molded plastic automotive accessories. The deal — Adell's first add-on under Kinderhook — expands the platform's geographic presence, customer base and product offerings; financial terms were not disclosed.
