Avita Care Solutions Acquires Three Lifecare Pharmacy Locations in San Antonio

Avita Care Solutions, a Plano-based national health care services organization backed by Kinderhook Industries, has acquired three San Antonio specialty pharmacy locations (Laurel Heights, Pavilion, and Empire) from Lifecare Pharmacy. The add-on transaction expands Avita's footprint and enhances its ability to provide HIV, PrEP, LGBTQ+ and sexual wellness care to patients and covered-entity partners in the San Antonio market.
