Kinterra Capital Acquires New World Resources Ltd and Antler Copper Project

Kinterra Capital Corp. completed the acquisition of 100% of ASX-listed New World Resources Ltd (ASX: NWC) and its Antler Copper Project in Arizona for approximately US$160 million. The deal expands Kinterra's U.S. copper platform, adding a high-grade underground asset and advancing evaluation of sulphide leach technologies to support domestic copper cathode production.

Labrador Uranium Inc. acquired a 100% interest in the Central Mineral Belt Uranium-Copper Project and the Notakwanon Uranium Project from Altius Resources Inc. in exchange for 8,000,000 common shares of Labrador Uranium (approximately 16.8% of issued LUR shares) and a 2% gross overriding royalty on the projects. The transaction leaves Altius with an equity stake in Labrador Uranium and a royalty interest while Altius will file an early warning report in connection with the share issuance.
